Friendsgiving Dinner

This month I was talking on the phone to my sister Lisa.  She had mentioned how her oldest daughter Ally had a friends-giving dinner last year with her friends.  In honor of Thanksgiving they got a bunch of friends together and went out to eat.  I thought this was an amazing idea and decided to try it this year for each kid.  Other than we decided to just host it at our house instead of going out to a restaurant.  Lily was first to host hers. She got to pick what they ate, what they played and all they did.  They had ham, potatoes, rolls and vegetables. They then spent tons of time playing pie face, thanksgiving Pictionary and just running crazy.  I am grateful for good friends that Lily has and that we had nice weather that they could play outside.

Asher was second to host his party. He pretty much picked a lot of the same things lily did.  It is so fun hearing the conversation difference of 3rd grade girls and 6th grade mixed kids.  Fun to watch them interact with each other. Such a great group of kids
 

Max has made a lot of friends this year from Hooper. They call their group the fam bam.  The thing about Max is everyone is his friend. Every time he talks he mentions different people that are his friends. He has always been this way.  I am glad he didn't invite more over because we would have gone poor feeding more teenagers. These kids a lone at a ton of food. Don't let those girls trick you they ate just as much.  They went to the school play and then came back for Hot Chocolate. I have loved this stage for Max he is really enjoying his 10th grade year.
